Genesis of the Bamboo Business Idea…
Our team has been active in business services for more than 12 years. We have been talking to thousands of people over the years about opening and maintaining structures in Hong Kong.
We realized that small clients on a budget were not well served by the industry. They could either go to big names that capitalize on their brand to charge high fees, small boutique firms that have big overhead because of their human-centric services (which is not always required by small structures), or fall for “big machines” funded by private equity with great marketing but terrible service and prices similar to boutique firms.

Well every year you have to pay a few fees to the government, maintain a registered address, keep your company secretary, fill in paperwork. You company secretary also has the obligation to run background checks on the shareholders and directors. Bamboo can help you with a full package starting for HKD3,800
